Briottone® is as soft as a brioche and as delicious as a panettone.
Store in a cool, dry place at around, and no lower than, 15°C, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. Produced and packed by MASSERIA PIETRAFITTA.
INGREDIENTS: Type “0” wheat flour, butter with 82% fat, fresh egg yolk, vanilla beans, acacia honey, sourdough starter, sugar, vanilla, honey, salt, malt, dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate cream.
TOPPING: Dark chocolate, milk powder, lecithin.
