Pistachio Briottone 1000g with Cream in a Piping Bag

Artisan-made with sourdough starter, natural ingredients grown by us, and carefully selected raw ingredients.

Briottone® is as soft as a brioche and as delicious as a panettone.

Store in a cool, dry place at around, and no lower than, 15°C, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. Produced and packed by MASSERIA PIETRAFITTA.

INGREDIENTS: Type “0” wheat flour, butter with 82% fat, fresh egg yolk, sourdough starter, sugar, invert sugar, acacia honey, vanilla beans, vanilla, honey, salt, malt, pure pistachio paste, pistachio cream (milk powder, pistachios, vegetable oil, sugar, flavourings).
TOPPING: White chocolate, chopped pistachios, milk powder, lecithin.
