Briottone® is as soft as a brioche and as delicious as a panettone.
Store in a cool, dry place at around, and no lower than, 15°C, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. Produced and packed by MASSERIA PIETRAFITTA.
INGREDIENTS: Type “0” wheat flour, hazelnut flour, vanilla beans, acacia honey, butter with 82% fat, fresh egg yolk, sourdough starter, sugar, vanilla, honey, salt, candied orange peel, almonds, caramelised figs, walnuts, malt, egg white.
TOPPING: Malt, almond flour, hazelnuts, egg white, pearl sugar.
