Artisan-made with sourdough starter, natural ingredients grown by us, carefully selected raw ingredients, and pieces of candied apricot nestled among squares of fine chocolate.
Briottone® is as soft as a brioche and as delicious as a panettone.
Store in a cool, dry place at around, and no lower than, 15°C, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. Produced and packed by MASSERIA PIETRAFITTA.
INGREDIENTS: Type “0” wheat flour, butter with 82% fat, fresh egg yolk, sourdough starter, acacia honey, vanilla beans, sugar, vanilla, honey, salt, malt, candied orange, gianduja chocolate.
TOPPING: Gianduja chocolate, milk powder, lecithin.
