Briottone® is as soft as a brioche and as delicious as a panettone.
Store in a cool, dry place at around, and no lower than, 15°C, away from heat sources and direct light. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days. Produced and packed by MASSERIA PIETRAFITTA.
INGREDIENTS: Type “0” wheat flour, lactose-free butter, fresh egg yolk, sourdough starter, sugar, acacia honey, vanilla beans, vanilla, honey, salt, malt, dark chocolate, candied orange.
TOPPING: Dark chocolate, dark chocolate pieces.
